Signing up for a regular cleaning schedule is a bigger decision than booking one clean, so here's how it works with us from the first visit on, and what the current discount does for your first month or two.

Visit 1: the initial clean

Every new recurring customer starts with an initial cleaning. It's a deep dive through the house that clears the built-up dust and grime regular maintenance can't get to in one pass. It sets the baseline, so every visit after it is about keeping the house there instead of catching up. We explain why in What Is Initial Cleaning.

Every visit after that

Each recurring visit covers the whole house:

• Living areas: surfaces, shelves, furniture and décor dusted and wiped, floors, carpets and rugs vacuumed and mopped, baseboards, door frames and windowsills cleaned, ceiling fans and vents dusted, mirrors and glass polished.
• Kitchen: countertops, backsplashes and sinks cleaned and sanitized, cabinet fronts wiped, stovetop, microwave and appliance exteriors scrubbed, floors swept and mopped, trash emptied.
• Bathrooms: sinks, toilets, tubs and showers scrubbed and disinfected, mirrors, faucets and fixtures polished, floors mopped, high-touch areas sanitized.
• Bedrooms: furniture, lamps and décor dusted, floors vacuumed and mopped, beds made and linens changed if you leave them out.

Cleaning inside the fridge and oven is an add-on you can include on any visit.

Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly

You choose the frequency. Weekly suits busy households, homes with pets and anyone with allergies who wants surfaces cleaned often. Bi-weekly is the most common middle ground.
